Hassle free returns

At 99 Bikes our priority is to ensure that you are highly satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you aren't, we offer a 30 day online return policy* in which you can receive a full refund. Any item including bikes (with the exception of food) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is received by us in an unused and resalable condition in or with its original packaging which must be undamaged. In the event an item is returned to ourselves in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return the item or offer a partial refund. Unless the return is due to a faulty product or an incorrect delivery on our part you will have to cover the cost of the return. If you believe that we should be covering the cost of the return please contact us in advance to discuss the available options.

In line with the customer rights act 2015 if you receive an item that is faulty, of un-satisfactory quality, unusable or that differs from how the product is described you are entitled to return the item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

We also ask that you contact us before having a 3rd party undertake work on an item purchased from 99 Bikess. Any work carried out without 99 Bikes consent will not be eligible for reimbursement and may void future warranty claims for that item.

With its practically maintenance-free Shimano 8-speed hub gears, understated frame, full carbon fork and elegantly integrated Bosch SX drive system, the new Editor Hybrid SLX 400X will always be ready. The grippy Continental Contact Urban 50mm tyres help take the buzz out of poorly maintained city streets, whilst powerful Shimano hydraulic disc brakes give you safe stopping power, come rain or shine and the built-in 400Wh battery gives you all the urban range you need. Now, do you really need a car...?

A practical urban bike should be elegant, understated and versatile. That's why, for the Editor Hybrid's frame, we started with lightweight and durable aluminium and then added Smooth Welding at the main tube joints – so it has a clean, almost organic appearance. Cables are fully integrated for longer service life and to complement the uncluttered aesthetic, and we even integrated the 400Wh battery in the down tube and mini controller in the top tube.And the full carbon fork is light, strong and suits the frame's pared-back aesthetic. We think we ticked all the boxes.

All UK Mainland Bike Deliveries Over £999 - Free

Bike orders are sent via TNT/FedEx with estimated delivery within 1 working day after quoted dispatch time (For Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands deliveries please allow an additional 1-4 working days).
Bike orders under £999 will incur a £20 delivery fee

Free Delivery On Orders Over £50.00

When you spend more than £50.00 at 99 Bikes deliveries to a UK mainland address will be free (excludes bikes & large items).

Click & Collect Orders

Please be aware Click & Collect orders may take some time to fulfil. We advise not to travel to your chosen store until you have been notified that your order is ready for collection.

Spread the cost of your new bike, helmet, safety equipment and accessories paying via instalments being taken directly from your wage. The payments for the Cycle To Work scheme are taken out of your gross wage and your Tax & NI contributions are then worked out based on your new lower gross wage which is how you save money on your new bike and equipment.

At the end of the time period specified with your Cycle To Work scheme you then have the option of buying your bike or to continuing to use it while you work for the company. If you decide to purchase the bike, the balance you owe will be based on a percentage of how much the bike was worth at the time you took out the Cycle To Work scheme.
