Hassle free returns

At 99 Bikes our priority is to ensure that you are highly satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you aren't, we offer a 30 day online return policy* in which you can receive a full refund. Any item including bikes (with the exception of food) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is received by us in an unused and resalable condition in or with its original packaging which must be undamaged. In the event an item is returned to ourselves in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return the item or offer a partial refund. Unless the return is due to a faulty product or an incorrect delivery on our part you will have to cover the cost of the return. If you believe that we should be covering the cost of the return please contact us in advance to discuss the available options.

In line with the customer rights act 2015 if you receive an item that is faulty, of un-satisfactory quality, unusable or that differs from how the product is described you are entitled to return the item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

UNIVERSAL CHASSIS CONCEPT
We always made an extra effort when creating frame geometries and features to achieve superior riding capabilities. Using this knowledge we created a universal e-bike frame platform that perfectly integrates modern batteries and drive units. Using the same basic construction throughout our range means making premium features available on almost any level.

GEOMETRY CONVERSION 27,5"+ / 29"
The Geometry Conversion Technology enables you to convert your bike from a 29" to a 27.5"+ wheel size and back without chaning the frame's geometry. This is achieved by changing the lower bearing cup on your head set and rotating a flip-chip at the rear shock.

PROGRESSIVE LINK SYSTEM

The frame’s kinematics are designed to always allow the suspension to work as effectively as possible in all riding conditions. At the beginning of travel the rear end has a very high leverage ratio, meaning that a larger lever is working the shock and thereby guarantees a very sensitive feel to the suspension

Mid-travel the suspension provides a stable but active platform. The shock can thus work very effectively over a wide range of travel without compressing too much.

Towards the end of the frame’s travel the leverage ratio ramps up in progression, need exponentially more force for each additional millimeter in travel. This protects the frame from bottoming out and provides the rider with a lot of confidence in difficult terrain.

DROPPER SEAT POST READY
The bike can be fitted with a dropper post and cables can be routed internally for optimal protection and a clean look.

Click & Collect Orders

Please be aware Click & Collect orders may take some time to fulfil. We advise not to travel to your chosen store until you have been notified that your order is ready for collection.

Spread the cost of your new bike, helmet, safety equipment and accessories paying via instalments being taken directly from your wage. The payments for the Cycle To Work scheme are taken out of your gross wage and your Tax & NI contributions are then worked out based on your new lower gross wage which is how you save money on your new bike and equipment.

At the end of the time period specified with your Cycle To Work scheme you then have the option of buying your bike or to continuing to use it while you work for the company. If you decide to purchase the bike, the balance you owe will be based on a percentage of how much the bike was worth at the time you took out the Cycle To Work scheme.
